David Mitchell - I am delighted to inform you that I took delivery of a new ford focus car on 5th July 2006. This followed on from your referral to the Ford agent. I am have been very pleased with the service and final "product" which was delivered to my home address.

Your service I would state as excellent, as I would the ford dealer I dealt with.

I had previously only bought a car from local garages, which I had never really enjoyed because of the feeling that you are usually a victim waiting to be ripped off.

When I saw your service, I felt that it was too good to be true. A new car at a big discount, with part exchange offered for my existing car. I would not be able to get such a deal at my local garages.

I was still not convinced that this simply what was stated and wondered what the catch was. However, I would say to anyone who is hesitating about using your services (as I was) not to worry, but to go ahead and contact your organisation. I ended up with the car I wanted at the price stated, a better part exchange price for my old car than I had expected, and very helpful and efficient service.

My new car was delivered to my home and my old car handed over to the delivery driver at the same time. A new car, and I didn't even have to step onto a garage forecourt! Top marks for the service you offer. It was straightforward without any waffle. 13th July 2006

Damian Marsh - I just wanted to drop a quick email to let you know how very impressed I have been with Brokers for Cars Service and especially the performance of Dan in particular.

I must confess I have been very indecisive in making my selection of vehicle, but during the whole process Dan has always be extremely professional, courteous, polite, helpful and gone the extra mile to obtain quotes, delivery time details, pricing up options and ensuring I received the best deal.

He always called back when he said, always provided quotes verbally by phone and via email as requested and also liaised with the dealers to ease the stress of me doing this all myself.

It is extremely refreshing to deal with a company such as yours, as traditionally these days companies are all very sales focused up to the point that the get your cash – after that it’s a totally different story – not with Brokers for Cars it would seem – well done for that !!!

Please be assured that if I know of anyone who is looking to either purchase or PCP a car, I will point them in your direction. I will also be back in 3 years time when my deal expires to see if you can assist me with finding my next vehicle.

Please can you convey my gratitude to Dan and give him a big pat on the back (a pay rise and a couple of beers would also go down well I would suspect).
